WHAT IS CUSTOM MADE?

Custom made is when an item is specifically made for a client.

At Mia Zarah Fashion House, we make design proposals, take your measurements and do fittings (if applicable) specifically for you. Mia Zarah herself works one on one with you to achieve the dress you have been dreaming of.

WHAT DO YOU CUSTOM MAKE?

Mia Zarah Fashion House does custom made wedding gowns, entourage outfits, wedding accessories (veil), formal wear and dresses for the little princesses. Please see our Custom Made page to learn more.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL OR INTERSTATE CUSTOM MADE ORDERS?

Yes, Mia Zarah Fashion House accepts custom made orders outside Canberra, Australia.  Please contact us to learn more.

WHAT ARE THE INCLUSIONS IN CUSTOM MADE ORDERS?

Mia Zarah Fashion House custom made orders include the meetings, fittings, sketch, materials and alteration (based on first fitting).

Bridal also include plain veil and assistance on the wedding day (depends on the location).

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR CUSTOM MADE ORDERS?

Mia Zarah Fashion House needs at least 3 months for production plus shipping.  If you need the custom made item asap, please contact us so we can discuss further.  Please time everything well.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT FOR CUSTOM MADE ORDERS GO?

Mia Zarah Fashion House requires 50% down payment at the time of booking then the balance will be paid at the time of pick up or before shipping out (for international or interstate orders).

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND POLICY?

Mia Zarah Fashion House accepts cancellation within 48 hours of booking.  10% of the whole amount will be charged as cancellation fee and will be deducted in your down payment.  The remaining amount of the down payment will be refunded to you.

Returns and refunds for custom made orders are not acceptable as they are specifically made for you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Mia Zarah Fashion House will not be liable for any damages or loss once picked up or shipped out (for international or interstate orders).

We guarantee that all orders are double checked and well packed.  We will also send you photos as proof that everything is well and complete.
